Are you an experience teaching assistant looking for a new full-time role local to you? If so, please listen up! We are working with a primary school in the Stechford area who recruiting for a classroom support assistant to work on a full-time basis from January 2025. The role will entail working as a general teaching assistant across EYFS and KS1.
The schools main focus is to provide a happy, nurturing, and safe environment where everyone is challenged to achieve their very best. The school are strongly committed to working effectively as a team to allow all pupils to become strong, powerful learners. The fantastic team of staff at the school work alongside each other to provide an exciting and relevant experience catering for the needs of all pupils.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to think outside of the box to inspire all pupils. You must also be flexible and must be able to adapt quickly to need the needs of all children. Using your initiative will also be required. The role will require you to work well as part of a team and independently.
The pay for the role will start from £80 a day dependent on references and experience.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
