Zest Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in the heart of Leamington Spa. This full-time role commences immediately with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30-15:30.
The primary school is committed to providing exceptional education to all students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where each child can flourish. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting classroom teachers in implementing individualised educational plans tailored to students with diverse learning needs.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with students on a one-on-one or small group basis to deliver targeted support and interventions. You will adapt instructional materials and techniques to suit the unique requirements of each student, ensuring personalized learning experiences. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing students’ progress, maintaining detailed records to track their development accurately.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will work closely with classroom teachers and other educational professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies. Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation will be key to your success in this role.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
