Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a special educational needs school in Leamington Spa. This full-time role offers an immediate start for the right candidate.

As a Teaching Assistant at this school, you will be instrumental in providing crucial support to students aged 3-18 with Autism (ASC) and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH). Adaptability and proactiveness are essential qualities as you will be required to work across various classrooms and age groups in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Effective communication skills are paramount in this role, as you will collaborate closely with class teachers and fellow teaching assistants to provide optimal support for our students.

If you are enthusiastic, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
