Requirements:
– Minimum of 20 days recent experience working with students in KS3- KS5
– Genuine passion for education and student development
– NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Education or relevant field
– Strong classroom and behavior management skills
– Ability to provide effective 1:1 support to students when needed
– Organisational skills and adaptability to assist teachers in lesson delivery

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
