  • Behaviour and Pastoral Support: Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being, helping pupils develop social skills and resilience.
  • Collaboration: Work as part of a dynamic school team, communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support pupils’ progress.
  • Supervision: Support pupils during non-classroom times such as break and lunch, ensuring a safe and positive environment.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
