Zest Education is looking for dedicated individuals to join a special educational needs school as Teaching Assistant in Walsall.

 

 Roles Available: Full-time and Part-time

 Start Date: ASAP

Long-term Position with Potential for Further Employment

 

About the School:

– Catering to students aged 7-16 with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP)

– Focused on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment

– Emphasizing the importance of building strong relationships with students

 

 Requirements:

– Experience in supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

– Background in a care environment or special school setting

– Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and other support staff

– Enthusiasm for promoting positive behaviour and attitudes among students

 

 Responsibilities:

– Assist the class teacher in managing and organizing classroom activities

– Support the inclusion of all pupils in the learning process

– Set high expectations for student behaviour and engagement
