Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a small school in Burton on Trent. This is a part-time or permanent role in KS1, requiring SEN experience.
Job Responsibilities:
– Creating engaging displays to enhance the learning environment
– Admin work to support the teaching staff
– Providing 1-1 support to students with special educational needs
– Leading group activities and supporting the class teacher as needed
Working Hours:
9am – 3pm
Requirements:
– Previous experience working with children with special educational needs
– Strong organizational skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with the teaching team
– Excellent communication skills

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
