We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a lovely school on the outskirts of Stafford. The school is committed to providing every student with the tools they need to succeed academically and personally.
Responsibilities:
– Support the teacher in the classroom
– Handle any behavioural issues that may arise
– Help create a nurturing classroom environment
– Assist in creating engaging teaching displays
– Provide feedback on classroom activities
Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Genuine passion for helping students succeed

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
