A minimum of 20 days’ recent experience supporting students in Key Stages 3 to 5
A genuine passion for education and supporting student progress
A relevant qualification – NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in education or a related field
Confident classroom presence and strong behaviour management skills
Ability to provide 1:1 tailored support for individual student needs
Excellent organisation and the flexibility to assist in lesson delivery
