Teaching Assistant – Secondary School | Newcastle-under-Lyme
Full Academic Year | December | Flexible Schedule

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 20 days’ recent experience supporting students in Key Stages 3 to 5

  • A genuine passion for education and supporting student progress

  • A relevant qualification – NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in education or a related field

  • Confident classroom presence and strong behaviour management skills

  • Ability to provide 1:1 tailored support for individual student needs

  • Excellent organisation and the flexibility to assist in lesson delivery

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
