Zest Education is seeking a dynamic and committed teaching assistant to join a prestigious school in Bromsgrove. As a KS1 teaching assistant at this wonderful infant school you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and to contribute to their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate closely with the classroom teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons
– Provide tailored support to children with diverse learning needs, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility in the classroom
– Maintain a positive and nurturing learning environment that promotes student growth and confidence
– Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities that cater to individual student needs
– Contribute to the overall school ethos and values through positive interactions with students, staff, and parents
Key Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a teaching assistant in a school environment
– Genuine passion for education and a strong desire to support student learning and development
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
– Solid understanding of child development principles and effective teaching strategies
– NVQ Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant childcare qualification, showcasing your commitment to professional growth

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
