Job Description

Zest Education is seeking a dynamic and committed teaching assistant to join a prestigious school in Bromsgrove. Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate closely with the classroom teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons
– Provide tailored support to children with diverse learning needs, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility in the classroom

– Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities that cater to individual student needs

Key Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a teaching assistant in a school environment
– Genuine passion for education and a strong desire to support student learning and development
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
– Solid understanding of child development principles and effective teaching strategies
– NVQ Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant childcare qualification, showcasing your commitment to professional growth
