Location: Bilston, West Midlands (W14 area)

About the Role:

This is an independent special educational needs primary school dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for children aged 5 to 11 years. The schools mission is to support children in achieving their full potential through a well-rounded education that emphasises personal growth, social skills development, and academic success.

As a Full-Time Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with special educational needs.
• Assist in the delivery of tailored educational programs that cater to individual learning styles and needs.
• Support the development of social and emotional skills through structured activities.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Contribute to the monitoring and assessment of pupil progress.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly in a primary school setting.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting children.
• Are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Hold relevant qualifications or are willing to undertake appropriate training.
