We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant primary school in Fulham. This position is full-time and will commence in September 2025, continuing throughout the academic year.
**Responsibilities**:
– Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
– Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and resources
– Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
– Supervising and supporting students during activities and break times
– Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
**Requirements**:
– Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– A passion for helping students reach their full potential
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
– Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable
