About the Role:
This is a renowned SEND-focused educational provision based in Birmingham, operating across multiple centres including hospital-based and community-based environments. Our mission is to ensure every young person—whose needs cannot be met by mainstream schools—receives inclusive, personalised support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll support small groups or individual students—particularly in Key Stages 2 through 4—delivering personalised, engaging learning and implementing consistent behaviour strategies to help students overcome barriers and make exceptional progress.
