Teaching Assistant

Zest Education are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school in Coventery.. This full-time role runs from 8:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start and the potential opportunity to become permanent in September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN)

• Assist with small group interventions and classroom support

• Carry out general administrative duties as needed

• Work closely with teaching staff to support daily routines

Requirements:

• SEN experience is essential

• Confident, patient, and compassionate approach

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Team player with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
