Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school in Stoke-on-Trent. The school prides itself on strong key values that guide the journey of every pupil, helping them set high individual aims.
Responsibilities:
– Support the teacher in the classroom as required
– Create engaging learning displays and classroom aids
– Manage behaviour problems when needed
– Provide general supervision and support to students
Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
– A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting children’s learning
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– A passion for education and helping children succeed

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
