Key Responsibilities:

Work 1:1 or in small groups with children who have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties.

Support pupils’ academic and emotional development through tailored learning activities.

Assist the class teacher with planning, resource preparation, and behaviour management.

Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience working in an SEN setting or with children with additional needs (in education or care settings).

A calm, nurturing, and patient approach.

Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.

A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Zest Education)
