Level 3 Teaching Assistant – 1:1 SEND Support

Location: Bournville, Birmingham
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (8:20am – 3:40pm)
Salary: £90–£100 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Zest Education is delighted to be working with a warm, inclusive school in the heart of Bournville, and we’re seeking a Level 3 qualified TA to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 3 child with additional needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing 1:1 classroom support to ensure the child can fully engage with learning
  • Assisting with personal care and mobility in a respectful, professional manner
  • Delivering tailored intervention sessions outside the classroom
  • Working closely with teachers and SEND specialists to create a positive learning experience
  • Using your initiative to adapt and respond to the child’s needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in childcare or teaching support
  • Experience supporting children with SEND, ideally physical disabilities
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference
  • Confidence in delivering individualised learning activities
  • A team player who can also work independently
