We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a young pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role involves:
Providing personalised academic and social support throughout the school day
Implementing tailored interventions and visual supports to meet individual learning goals
Building a trusting, respectful relationship to foster confidence and independence
Collaborating with teachers, SENCo, parents, and external professionals
Observing, recording, and contributing to review meetings and pupil progress planning
Modelling positive behaviour strategies and promoting peer inclusion
Adapting resources to support multi-sensory and flexible learning approaches

Supports pupils with SEND through strong pastoral care and specialist provision

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
