Teaching Assistant

Zest Education is working with a range of fantastic primary schools across Nuneaton, and we’re on the lookout for energetic, adaptable Teaching Assistants who can jump in and make a difference from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll be supporting pupils across mainstream classes, with the chance to offer some SEND assistance where needed — perfect for someone who enjoys helping children of all abilities shine. No two days will look the same, and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Bringing positivity and support into classrooms across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Helping pupils stay engaged, confident, and ready to learn
• Offering light SEND support to pupils who need that extra boost
• Working closely with teachers to keep lessons running smoothly
• Adapting quickly to different school environments (your superpower)
• Being the friendly face pupils look forward to seeing each day

• School‑based experience (essential)
• A warm, enthusiastic, “let’s‑do‑this” attitude
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children
