– Experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
– Knowledge of ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) and strategies to support students with ASC
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to adapt to the varying needs of students and provide appropriate support
– A patient and empathetic approach to working with children and young adults with SEND
