As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within the school. Your main responsibilities will include providing one-on-one assistance to students, implementing individualized education plans, and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:
– Experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
– Knowledge of ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) and strategies to support students with ASC
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to adapt to the varying needs of students and provide appropriate support
– A patient and empathetic approach to working with children and young adults with SEND
