Are you looking for a rewarding career change? If so, Zest Education is looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic, and hardworking Teaching Assistant to work full-time at a broad-spectrum school in Coventry. The role is set to start in January 2024 and will be for the rest of the academic year.
All pupils at the school are of secondary age and have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The successful applicant will be working alongside class teachers to deliver inspirational learning experiences allowing the students to learn in a positive and creative environment.
The ideal candidate:
- Must be passionate about supporting all students to achieve their potential, no matter what individual challenges they may face.
- Will be confident, enthusiastic and be able to identify and engage with different learning needs.
- Will be supportive and patient.
