Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 teaching assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners?
Zest education are working with a vibrant primary school in Erdington who is seeking a full-time teaching assistant to join the dynamic team immediately.
As a Level 3 teaching assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher, implementing lesson plans, and providing individualized attention to students. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification, excellent communication skills, and a nurturing approach to working with children.
Responsibilities:
– Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
– Assisting with the planning and preparation of learning activities
– Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
– Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Assisting with the assessment and recording of student progress
Requirements:
– Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
– Previous experience working in a primary school setting
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
– A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young learners
– A proactive and flexible approach to work

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
