As a Teaching Assistant at this school, you will play a crucial role in supporting students’ learning journeys. Your responsibilities will involve supervising students, assisting teachers with lesson delivery, providing one-on-one support to students, and creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least an NVQ Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience working with children or young adults. Adaptability is key as you will be working with students in KS3 and KS4. You should have a knack for inspiring students to approach their studies with enthusiasm and positivity.
