Zest Education, in collaboration with exceptional schools in the Lichfield and Tamworth areas, is currently seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to complement their dedicated teams. These schools boast ratings ranging from ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’, offering a supportive and nurturing environment for both students and staff. The roles offered from the school are ranging from Day to day, long term and short term positions that vary from part time and full time positions, meaning we have something to work around everyone’s commitments and desired work / home life balance.
The schools are looking for someone who has had previous experience working within a education based setting desirably primary aged students. The successful candidates for the role must be passionate and provide a nurturing nature towards the students. Excellent communication skills are desirable for the roles due to high level of communications between staff, students and parents.
Responsibilities:
– Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
– Assist students with their learning and development.
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Pay will be dependant on references and experience.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
