Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a great team at a Secondary School in the Telford area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers in delivering engaging lesson plans and ensuring that students are actively involved in their learning.

Your responsibilities will include assisting students with classwork assignments, providing one-on-one support to help students overcome challenges, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will also be responsible for managing behavior in the classroom and supporting students with additional care needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. The position is due to start in April 2025 and will run for a minimum of one term.
