Are you a recent university graduate looking for a rewarding role in education? Zest Education is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools in Sutton Coldfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a difference in the lives of young students.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher. You will ensure that students are engaged in their learning, manage behaviour, and assist with any questions or concerns they may have. This role offers flexibility, with part-time and full-time positions available, allowing you to work around your schedule.
Starting ASAP and extending throughout the academic year, this position will provide stability and the opportunity to build your skills in a supportive environment. Whether you are considering a career in teaching or simply have a passion for working with young people, this role will allow you to make a positive impact on students’ educational journeys.
Requirements for this position include a university degree and a genuine interest in education. Previous experience working with secondary school students or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. Zest Education provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years, or a Bachelors degree within the last 2 years.
