Zest has the privilege of working an inclusive primary school in the Small Heath area who are looking for a upper key stage 2 teacher to work on a part time basis from January 2024. The role will involve working 4 days a week and the successful candidate will ideally have experience with SAT’s. However, all candidates will receive full support. The role will continue until the end of the summer term.

To be considered for this role you must:
- Hold a valid QTS.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be confident teaching in KS2.
- Be able to build professional relationships with staff and pupils.
- Strive as part of a team.
- Liaise and communicate with colleagues to ensure that lessons are appropriately planned and delivered.
- Take responsibility for promoting and safe guarding the welfare of children within the school.
- Manage the class effectively, using approaches which are appropriate to pupils needs in order to inspire, motivate and challenge pupils!
The role will involve working alongside the other KS2 teachers to prepare all lessons and resources. You will also be required to complete all marking and assessments.
The pay for this role will start from £130 a day dependent on references and experience.
