Zest is currently helping a school in Saltley to recruit for an engaging teacher to join their team in the new academic year. The role will involve working across upper key stage 2 therefore you must have strong behaviour management skills.  The role is initially for 2 terms but there is the opportunity for the role to extend for the right candidate. The role is to start from April 2024.

This three form entry school is warm, friendly, and inviting, putting the children at the very heart of everything they do. The school provide a well-structured, exciting curriculum to all pupils no matter their needs. The school also has a strong focus on a number of values which were chosen by the school community as they believe these will help lead all children to success.

The successful candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the upper KS2 curriculum and have a range of techniques to deliver lessons to the class. You must also be organized, resilient and versatile whilst being approachable and a strong team player. Having excellent communication skills is also essential for this. Planning will be provided however you will be required to complete some marking and assessment.

The pay for this from will range from £130- £212 a day dependent on references and experience.
