Zest Education are working with a welcoming and exciting school in Erdington to recruit for an intervention teacher to work with year 5 and year 6. The school is looking for someone to start in September 2022 on a full-time basis.
The school is a 3-form entry with the numbers steadily increasing each year. The school strives to maintain a relaxed environment where they provide a broad and balanced curriculum to all students which allows all children to reach their full potential both socially and academically.
The successful candidate must:
- Be passionate to engage, inspire and lead students.
- Build strong, professional relationships with the students and other staff members.
- Have a good knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
- Be an organised and reliable individual.
- Hold a valid QTS.
Both newly qualified teachers (NQT’s)/Early careers teacher (ECT’s) and teachers with previous experience will be equally considered for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
