Are you a passionate educator looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Zest Education is recruiting for a dedicated full-time Y1 class teacher for the autumn term of September 2025 at a wonderful school in Bromsgrove.
As a full-time class teacher you will have the opportunity to work in a highly sought-after primary school that offers an outstanding education and a supportive learning environment for both pupils and staff. The school has most recently been recognised as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted and is led by a longstanding Senior Leadership Team.
To excel in this role, the successful candidate must be dedicated, compassionate, and possess a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for planning and adapting your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of a class of 22 children on a weekly basis. Collaboration and teamwork are key at this school, so being an excellent team player is essential. This position is going to be for the autumn term (continuing until December) and will require someone who can plan accordingly and adapt their teaching style to meet the needs of the class.
To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of the national KS1 curriculum and be an approachable and reliable member of the team. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
