As a Year 2 teacher at this school, you will play a pivotal role in creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for all pupils. The Head is seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and eager to make a positive difference in the lives of these children. Collaboration and teamwork are integral to our school culture, and we are looking for a candidate who thrives in a cooperative setting.

Our school, a popular 2-form entry junior and infants school, embraces diversity and inclusivity, catering to a varied pupil population that includes a significant number of EAL students. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT) who prioritize staff well-being and foster a supportive learning atmosphere for all.

While prior experience with SATS is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We encourage applications from teachers with diverse backgrounds and experiences who are dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning space for all children. This full-time role is available until July 2026, and we are seeking candidates who are committed to fulfilling the entire duration of the position.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
