Zest Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 4 class teacher to join our team in Bromsgrove. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a motivated group of 30 children who are eager to learn and well-behaved. The school is a vibrant 2-form entry primary that prides itself on catering to a diverse range of pupils and has a strong presence in the local community.
Working in collaboration with a supportive and experienced Head teacher, the successful candidate will have the chance to thrive in a dynamic environment that values continuous professional development. They believe in supporting a positive work/life balance for all staff members and provide ample opportunities for growth and career advancement.
The role will require you to plan and deliver an engaging, creative and inspiring curriculum whilst supporting individual learning needs. You must be an approachable, reliable and hard-working member of the team to succeed in this role.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
