Are you an experienced Year 6 teacher with a passion for educating young minds?

Zest Education is currently recruiting for a part-time (0.6) Year 6 teacher position in Cannock until the end of the academic year. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher who holds QTS and has recent, successful experience with SATS.

As a Year 6 teacher,  you will play a crucial role in preparing students for their SATS exams while providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

– Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the national curriculum and SATS requirements
– Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment to foster a love for learning
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of students
– Keep up-to-date with educational best practices and implement innovative teaching strategies

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Proven experience teaching Year 6 and preparing students for SATS exams
– Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
