Job Description

Zest Education is searching for a dedicated full-time teacher starting in September 2025 at a school in Moseley. This exciting opportunity involves leading a Y6 class for the entire academic year, welcoming applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to create tailored lesson plans to address the individual needs of each pupil, maintaining consistently high teaching standards on a daily and weekly basis. As a strong team player, you will collaborate effectively with the KS2 team while demonstrating a positive work ethic and attitude. Proficiency in the KS2 curriculum, along with previous experience with SAT’s, is highly desirable.

Located in a vibrant junior school environment, the position caters to a diverse pupil population, including a significant number of English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners. The school boasts enduring ties to the wider community and is committed to nurturing independent and respectful learners in preparation for their educational journey ahead.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
