Roles and Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 1 students
– Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as needed
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the well-being and academic growth of each student
– Collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
– Uphold the school’s values and ethos in all aspects of teaching and interactions with students and colleagues

**Requirements for Successful Candidate:**
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting
– Strong knowledge of the Year 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, colleagues, and parents
– A passion for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences for students
– Dedication to professional development and a commitment to ongoing learning and growth

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
