Zest Education are working with a two-form entry primary school in Sutton Coldfield to recruit a year 1 teacher. This role is maternity cover looking to start from September 2022 until the summer of 2023.
This school creates a safe and exciting environment for all children to learn and develop, as well as putting the children at the heart of everything they do. The school is also continually improving and looking to provide all children with strong life skills.
The successful candidate must:
- Be an engaging individual who can work in a face paced environment as part of a team.
- Be confident and reliable
- Be able to control behaviour within the classroom.
- Hold a valid QTS
- Have experience working within KS1
- Be hard working and enthusiastic
- Put the children at the heart of everything they do.
Both newly qualified teachers and teaching with experience will be equally considered for this position.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
