Zest is proud to be working with a school in Yardley who are recruiting for a year 1 teacher. The role will require you to work 3 days a week of your choice. The role will begin as soon as possible and will continue until the end of the academic year. The school are also willing to continue the role into the new academic year for the right candidate.

About the school:

  • Three-form entry school
  • Provide all pupils with an exciting, well structured curriculum.
  • Have a strong focus on staff and children’s welfare ensuring they are safe and supported at all times.
  • Support all all continued professional development opportunities.

The pay for this role will range from £120 to £212 a day.

All candidates applying this role must hold a valid QTS. The school are open to applicants from both ECT’s and experienced teachers.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
