Zest Education is currently working with a brilliant school in Tamworth who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis, starting as soon as possible until at least the end of the spring term.

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and facilitating their academic and personal growth. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that stimulate curiosity and foster a love for learning. Additionally, you will work closely with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on students’ progress and address any concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant teaching qualification and have experience working with children in the early years. You should have a sound understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and be able to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of the students. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
