Zest Education is collaborating with a ‘good’ rated school in West Bromwich to find a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to inspire and educate students starting December 2024 on a full-time, ongoing basis.
Nestled in the heart of West Bromwich, lies a wonderful primary school that stands out for its commitment to excellence in education. Known for its vibrant and nurturing environment, this school prides itself on fostering a love for learning among its students. With a dedicated team of educators who are passionate about shaping young minds, the school offers a diverse range of educational opportunities that cater to each child’s unique talents and abilities.
As a Year 2 Teacher at this esteemed school, your responsibilities will include devising engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, and delivering high-quality instruction in line with the curriculum. You will be expected to assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience. Strong communication skills, a nurturing approach, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles are essential for this role.
To be successful in this role you must be a qualified teacher with a QTS Status, with experience working within a key stage 1 setting preferably a year 2 class. The school are looking for a candidate who is dedicated and passionate to providing the highest level of education to all students no matter their ability or needs.
The school are open to applicants from both early career teachers and experienced teachers.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
