Zest Education is recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Year 3/4 Teacher for a welcoming and supportive primary school in Tamworth. This exciting teaching role is a full-class position, starting in January and continuing until the end of the academic year.
As a Year 3/4 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for a vibrant and motivated mixed-age class. The successful teacher will plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that inspire pupils to reach their full potential across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
You will work alongside a friendly team of teachers and support staff who share a strong commitment to providing high-quality education in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring lessons as a dedicated class teacher for Year 3/4 pupils.
Create a positive classroom environment where all children are encouraged to achieve and thrive.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting lessons to meet individual needs.
Work collaboratively with other teachers, teaching assistants, and senior leaders to enhance learning experiences.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support the wider school community.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working as a primary teacher, ideally within Key Stage 2.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A proactive, creative, and committed approach to teaching.
The ability to inspire, motivate, and engage children in their learning.
