Zest education are working with an esteemed school in Sutton Coldfield who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Year 3 Class Teacher to join the team starting in September 2025.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
– Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development.
– Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
– Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a strong home-school partnership.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
– Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and pedagogical best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
– Commitment to continuous professional development.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
