Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is pleased to collaborate with a delightful school in Stafford in the search for a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will work closely with the classroom teacher to support the educational development of students. Responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning, delivering tailored interventions, providing one-on-one support to students, and creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Requirements:
– Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
– Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and educational practices
– Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning
– Relevant qualifications in Education or a related field

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
