Zest Education is currently seeking a passionate Year 3 teacher to join the team at a primary school in Oldbury on a job share basis starting from April 2025. This unique opportunity offers flexibility, as you will work three days a week of your choice alongside another dedicated teacher. Collaboration will be key as you work together to ensure comprehensive planning and effective marking. The two form entry school is committed to providing all students with equal educational opportunities through a tailored curriculum that caters to individual needs.
The school are looking for someone who has a thorough understanding of the year 3 curriculum and must be able to work successfully as part of a strong team. You must also be able to build positive relationships with all staff and pupils.
The pay for this role will start from £130 a day, depending on references and experience. The school are advising both ECT’s and experienced teachers to apply for this role.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
