This 2-form entry school is actively seeking a dedicated teaching assistant for their year 3 class.

As a teaching assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
2. Assisting students with their learning, providing individual or group support as needed.
3. Promoting a positive learning environment and maintaining classroom discipline.
4. Helping with administrative tasks such as preparing materials and marking assignments.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
