Zest Education are thrilled to be collaborating with a remarkable school in Burntwood in the search for a dedicated teaching assistant to join a wonderful year 3 class. This opportunity is on a full-time basis starting from the beginning of the summer term and offers ongoing prospects for professional growth and development. The role itself requires the suitable candidate to work Monday to Friday 8:30am until 3:30pm.

As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the classroom teacher, fostering a positive learning environment, and engaging students in their educational journey. To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with primary school children
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
  • A passion for education and a proactive approach to supporting student learning and development
  • Be eager to learn and be adaptable to work in order to follow the schools ethos.
  • Excellent Classroom and behaviour management skills

 

Pay will start from £75 a day and will be dependant on references and experience

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
