Zest Education are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teaching Assistant for a school in Handsworth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a classroom setting, assisting the teacher in delivering engaging and inspiring lessons. The role will be starting in September 2024 on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:
– Support the teacher in planning and delivering lessons for Year 3 students
– Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional help
– Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Help with classroom management and behaviour support
– Collaborate with the teacher and other staff members to ensure the overall well-being and progress of the students

– Relevant experience working with primary school children
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team
– A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting student learning
– Relevant qualifications in education or childcare is desirable but not essential.

Pay will start from £75 per day based on experience and references.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
