As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing one-on-one assistance to students. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
– Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials
– Supporting students with their learning and development
– Monitoring and assessing student progress
– Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive learning environment

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and qualities:
– Relevant experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– An understanding of the UK curriculum and educational best practices

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
