Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey? Zest are working with a vibrant primary school in Marston Green who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join the team as soon as possible!
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the class teacher, supporting individual students with their learning, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You should have a genuine interest in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the teaching staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with primary school children, possess a relevant qualification in education or childcare, and demonstrate a caring and patient attitude towards students.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
