Zest are looking for a dedicated full-time Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join the team at a primary school just outside Stetchford starting in January 2025.
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning, providing one-on-one support to students, helping with classroom management, and creating a nurturing and stimulating educational environment.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in education or childcare, experience working with primary school-aged children, and a compassionate and patient demeanor. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
