Zest education are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a primary school in Kingstanding. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, and creating a positive learning environment.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with primary school children, possess a nurturing and patient attitude, and have excellent communication skills. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to their academic and personal development.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
