Role: Zest are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Classroom Assistant to join the team in September 2024. The successful candidate will support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education and care to Year 4 students, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with primary school children, preferably in Key Stage 2.
• A passion for education and supporting children’s development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
